3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

KD Bundles partners with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure timely and secure delivery of all orders.
5. Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately and completely at checkout. KD Bundles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours at info@kdbundles.com.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country. KD Bundles is not responsible for these additional charges or for delays caused by customs.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
KD Bundles is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then notify us at info@kdbundles.com so we can assist where possible.
8. Returns & Exchanges
For health and hygiene reasons, all hair extensions, closures, and frontals are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for review and resolution.
